Gigi's Fancy “Frankie” is a registered CKC Standard Poodle with a clean genetic health history. Her color is red or auburn and it is fairly rare for poodles (although increasing in popularity). Tulsa is a CKC Mini Australian Shepard with red coloring called a red merle. We are hoping that their color combination travels down the bloodline . Please see photos of our puppy from their last breeding; our Walter is a blue merle Aussidoodle. All puppies will get their first vaccines and dewormings.
This litter of puppies would be considered F1 Aussiedoodles. They will be ready to go home at 8 weeks old.
Both Poodles and Australian Shepards are known for being extremely smart, playful, and well-tempered, thus making them incredible family companions. They are always willing to cuddle, great with kids, love water (well, usually), and have a soft spot for playing fetch. Both breeds are moderate energy and require lots of love; they are meant to be part of the family, ideally as indoor dogs. All dogs are intended as pets only and documentation of spay/neuter expected within 2 years (unless discussed prior) and can potentially be registered through CKC (AKC does not recognize doodles).
I've always had rescues (& still do) but having children that struggle with asthma and allergies, we could no longer keep our dogs inside and this was hard for us. I believe that a dog should be a part of the family. With discussion and weighing our options of "allergy-friendly" hounds, my husband and I decided on a Standard Poodle. We also love the idea of doodles and since our poodles are so wonderful, we decided to breed. Frankie has proven to be a great Mama and looking forward to this litter (she will be retired next year) and then we plan to breed our Toni-Girl this fall..

F1 Doodles are the first generation where one parent is a pure Poodle and the other is a pure bred Australian Shepard, Golden Retriever, or Bernese Mountain Dog.
It's no surprise that doodles are great family dogs as they are smart and easy to train. However, it is important to remember that all puppies require a lot of work in order to make them great dogs. Crate training, quality feeding, and socialization will start with us. They tend to shed very little or not at all, which means regular brushing and occasional professional grooming will be needed.
